Happy Monday!

Have you been keeping up with the Wardrobe Warriors July CelebStyle challenge? 

The first weekly challenge was to recreate a Blake Lively or Lupita Nyong'o look! Here are two highlights from this past week.

It's surprisingly easy to find pieces in your closet that are almost identical to some of your favorite celebrities! What's better, it's even easier to find these pieces at Bluetique! That green dress that was inspired by both of our stylish celebs is from Bluetique and so is the belt that it's paired with! 

This week's challenge is to recreate a Reese Witherspoon or Zoe Saldana look. 

If you want to join in the challenge, all you have to do is post your celeb recreation to Instagram, Facebook, twitter, or anywhere you can use #WardrobeWarriors so that we can see it and repost it! We love seeing what you all can come up with and this challenge has been so fun so far!

The most important part of the challenge is making all these looks your own. We don't want you to copy them exactly, but use them as your style inspiration!

Coca-Cola Red

If you're anything like us, you love when OPI comes out with new collections. Boy, did they nail it (hehe) this time!

It's perfect and it's available right before the fourth of July. We say: go-get-you-some.

That's Coca-Cola Red on E's toes...plus a little something extra. We love it and it's ideal for an all American weekend at the lake! 

Make sure you SPARKLE this weekend and have a totally rad fourth!

On a scale of one to absolutely pumped, where would you rate yourself for this July Wardrobe Warriors Challenge?

Happy July!

This month Kristen and I will be presenting you with a weekly CelebStyle Challenge. Each week you'll get two celebrities - one from Kristen and one from me - that you will use as your style inspiration! 

We'll give you new pictures of them daily, but feel free to look some up on your own! All you have to do is see what you have in your closet that can be used to recreate one of these style icon's outfits!

Don't go out and buy new clothes. Don't try to copy exactly. That's not really the goal. We want you to take what you already have and see how you can pull of this glamorous celebrity outfits. Do you have to pay $3000 for a pair of shoes to look like a movie star? No, we didn't think so either. WE'RE THRIFTY. 

The first week we have chosen Lupita Nyong'o and Blake Lively. You can create a new celeb copy cat outfit every day, once a week, or as often as you feel inspired! 

Remember to use the #wardrobewarriors on instagram, facebook, twitter, pinterest, and anywhere else you see fit! We want you guys to really be creative and we want to see how creative we can be too!

Wardrobe Warriors

Are you looking for an exciting way to revitalize your closet? You've got to look into Wardrobe Warriors! 

Wardrobe Warriors is the creation of Paige (me!), Bluetique Charlottesville manager, and Kristen, Youtube superstar (Shut Up Kristen!) and fashionista. What we do is create style challenges that occur daily, weekly, or even monthly! Each challenge uses solely what you have in your closet right now. We know no one wants to have to go out and buy new clothes every day just to get some excitement back in your wardrobe. 

Here's an example of a past challenge:

June featured the Wardrobe Warriors Challenge calendar! Each day there was a new challenge, and the participants all found different ways to make it work for them.

The challenges range from quirky, like mixing at 3 three different patterns or mixing neon and leather, to things as simple as wearing a crop top or bandeau! It's just a way to realize how much you can do with what's already in your closet.

Check out the different ways all of these Wardrobe Warriors did the June 7th challenge!

The July challenge will feature weekly celebrity inspiration, challenging you to model your outfits after some of your favorite celebrities! Think Selena Gomez, Blake Lively, and Taylor Swift...You can be just as stylish as they are, but save thousands of dollars by shopping in your closet!

Unite and Strengthen

So, unless you've been living under a rock the past few days, you know today is the day. USA will play Germany to move forward in the FIFA World Cup. It's kind of a big deal. So for all of you lucky people that get to watch the noon kickoff, let this chant run through your heads for the game!
